Utilizing modern possibilities of mathematical simulation, the quantitative characteristics of arterial vessels on a path from an aorta up to shallow artery on improved and supplemented model arterial tree of the man with distributed parameters Noodergraaf were studied. Thus the factor an endothelium - dependent stream - induced of a regulation of a diameter of arterial vessels was taken into account. The improved model Noodergraaf has allowed to spot lapse rates of pressure on separate segments arterial tree of the man. The calculation of parameters of a circulation with the help of model has shown, that the presence an endothelium - dependent stream - induced of a regulation of a diameter of arterial vessels matters for stabilization of a lapse rate of pressure in separate sites of a vascular channel despite of change of blood flow. And the greatest value the presence of this sort of a reactivity has for bringing artery, than for vessels of the boiler.
