The program is made and accounted coordinates of atoms for all intermetallic compounds rare earth metals with gallium. For all compounds constructed the atom grids with parameters hkl 100, 010, 001, 110, 101, 011, 111. The shortest internuclear distances are designed and it is revealed, that in compounds of contents Sc₃Ga₂, ScGa, Sc₃Ga₅, ScGa₂ internuclear distance Ga-Ga is close to distance in gallium and considerably less than distances Ga-Sc and Sc-Sc. The dependence of distance Ga-Ga on contents is constructed. It is supposed that in intermetallides rare earth metals with gallium electronic structure of a particle Ga₂ partially is kept.
