This article tells about scientifical and methodical foundations of system of informations' technologies of soil-monitoring. The nomination of informations' technologies making more exactly with discounting of specification of objective section; decision of informations' technologies' of soil-monitoring proves and inserts. The structurisation of system of informations' technologies of soil-monitoring produces on the basis of system's method. The containing of everyone from all components considers on example of Altai institute of soil-monitoring, that works for 5 years and on example of realization of elements of system of informations' technologies of soil-monitoring in Altai, Kemerovo-region and republic Altai.
