On geometry of surface of the Euclidean space E^n+m

Let M, M be n-dimensional differentiable surfaces of the Euclidean space E^n+m, f: M ->M be a diffeomorphism. We examine the following cases when principal normal of the surface M:

is parallel to tangent plane of the surface M,
is orthogonal to tangent plane of the surface M.
