Foreign Political and Philosophical Origins of the Oblastnichestvo Ideology

This article analyzes the origins of the basic foreign politic philosophy of regionalism (Siberian regionalism). The author found that the significant value ??for the genesis of the political thought of Siberian regionalism was caused by works of P.J. Proudhon, J.J. Russo, A. Leroy-Beaulieu, A. Saint-Simon and the others.
