Creation of a Market Infrastructure in Siberia in the NEP Conditions (1921-1923)

The work considers the process of setting up market mechanism in Siberia in the NEP conditions and analyzes the state of commodity-money relations in the "military communism" years, the relation of the Soviet power to the private capital, activity of stock exchanges and fairs.
