In the paper author consider problems of mathematical modeling of three classes of systems with latent variables. For these classes of systems structures of models and methods for identification of parameters are proposed. Results of research have theoretical character, and the offered models and methods demand on specification taking into account features of systems with latent variables and available a priori information.
