Theoretical aspects of the formalization and optimization procedures for structural and parametric identification of dynamic models of the production process of agricultural crops by two criteria are considered in this paper. Identification problem is separate into two problems: the problem of parametric identification of individual blocks using the accuracy criteria and the problem of structural-parametric identification of model that focuses on the accuracy of the final result.
