Sources for Forming Colonization Fund in Western Siberia during Realization of Stolypin’s Migration Policy (1906-1914)

The article investigates a debatable question of preparing colonization fund for immigrants during Stolypin’s agrarian reform. Basing on wide range of archival sources, part of which is entered into a scientific turn for the first time, the author reveals basic sources which formed colonization fund in 1906-1914. It is concluded that there was a significant reserve for allotment works on the eve of Stolypin’s resettling.
