Synthesis of Sulfides of р-Metals III and IV Groups of the Periodic System in Liquid n-Alkanes

The sulfides of aluminum, gallium, indium, germanium, tin and lead are synthesized through the interaction of metal compounds and H₂S in liquid n-alkanes. The composition of compounds is determined by the X-ray, chemical and X-ray fluorescent analysis. A yield of the product which is formed in liquid n-alkanes is 58-95%.
