In the article the model of entrepreneurial activity establishing interrelation between the capital, work, volume of production and risks is offered for the first time. The offered model considers aspiration of the population to be engaged in enterprise activity, and also subjective component of value of enterprise incomes. The author determines the way to estimate a share of the able-bodied population which is engaged in entrepreneurial activity. The variant to calculate volume of production made by entrepreneurial projects, and a share of employment are presented.
