The Role of the Editor-in-Chief in a System of Political Relations

The article is about the status of journalism in the system of political relations and the role of the head of the edition in the interaction with power structures. It opens up what prevents mass-media to express their opinion independently and why editors prefer to be politically engaged. Numerous facts in modern official and private sources are represented in the article.
