In article the decision of following problems is considered: research of applicability of imitatsionno-modelling complex AGROTOOL for an estimation and the forecast of a condition of winter crops; working out of the block of a thermal mode of soil for the autumn, winter and spring periods, allowing to count depth freezing and soil thawing, soil temperature at knot level tillering; improvement of dynamic model production process of agricultural plants AGROTOOL by inclusion in it of the block of a thermal mode of soil and a condition of winter crops in a cold season; updating of base of the agrometeorological data taking into account the necessary agrometeorological information on the autumn, winter and spring periods.
