The Conditions and Character of Taking out the Golden Horde's and Russian Citizenships by Bashkirs

Studying historical sources and comparing conditions of entering Bashkir people into Mongolian state (Golden Horde) and permanent resistance here with conditions of taking out Russian citizenship the author come to conclusion, that Russian authorities have kept and used the Turkic-Mongolian (Golden Horde's) administrative means concerning the conquered people, including the Bashkirs. Maintaining the former established yasak, administrative-territorial division of a territory, tribal structure, administration of the Bashkir self-management and justice, Bashkir common law on a choice of religious belief and the performance of shariat's norms have allowed Bashkirs to adapt less painfully for a life within the Moscow state.
