One approach to the definition of probability measure in AST

There exist many approaches to construct the probability (or measure) in alternative set theory and nonstandard analysis, including Loeb measure. But we construct probability on the semisets in a more direct way, which is closer to a classical one. It appears leading to the same family of measurable classes that gives an approach, proposed by M. Kalina and P. Zlatos.
