The objective a paper is creation of particleboard materials from waste products of flax without using of binders. Chemical transformations of hemicelluloses lignocellulose complex of boon of flax in the process of treating with vapor at high temperature are investigated. It has been shown, that the hydrotermal treatment carried out by "steam blasting" technology permits to turn flax waste to the products of fibrous structure suitable for manufacturing plate materials. From technological waste of flax, manufactured by proposed technology, materials with strength, water-repellent properties are obtained. Interface between treatment and properties plate materials has been established. Thus, in the course of investigation the rational way utilization of technological waste of flax utilization, allowing to solve the ecological problems.
