Competence-Based Approach as the Basis of the Personnel Management System in Commercial Bank
The article deals with the possibility of introducing a competency model in the bank personnel management system. The advantages of its use are identified in each area of personnel management system. The most important banking expertise which used in largest banks of Russia is described. The work presents the results of research of expression of employees competence in regional bank divisions in the Altai Territory.
