The School received 18 papers from Almaty (Kazakh Academy of Labour and Social Affairs, the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, KIMEP University), Astana (Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov), from Semipalatinsk (Finance and Economics College) and Ust-Kamenogorsk (East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, Kazakh-American Free University). Later came 16 more reports of young researchers working in Barnaul. Participants listened to the experts of the School; held a contest of reports and role-playing game.
