The Development of Stress-resistant Stock of Spring Bread Wheat by in Vitro Cell Selection
The effect of different concentration of sodium chloride on the process of callus induction and plantlet regeneration in immature embryo cultures of 5 spring bread wheat varieties was studied. The selection of cell lines proliferating on the salt medium and preserving the regeneration ability in vitro at dozes of sodium chloride to 1,2–1,3% should be carried out.
