Black kite is a perfect model for studying the phenomenon of sinantropisation, because of ecological peculiarities it preadapted to coexist with humans. The article discusses the features of kite’s assimilation in the natural environment, in the transformed man’s natural landscape (farmlands) and in the urban environment. The differences between these environments, especially distribution of feed and breeding resources and their ecology consequences are analyzed.
