The purpose of the work is to research compliance of a chemical composition of waters in the basin of Upper Ob and Alej River to declared indicators. The titrimetric analysis was used to define content of chlorides, permanganate oxidation, total hardness and total alkalinity. The hydrogen indicator was determined by potentiometric method. The content of iron, manganese and nitrite ions was determined by photometric method.
