Systematic Character Principle in Socio-Historical Studies

The paper discusses systematic character principle that more illustratively demonstrates transfusion of history and sociology. It is now very urgent due to fundamental advances in synergetics. The author studies the main issues of synergetics conception and notes the opportunity for transition to qualitatively new stages of social cognition development. This opportunity is associated with integrative tendencies that can be observed in interaction of history and sociology.
