Fortressclerk’s Institution in the System of Administration in Verkhnee Priobie in the First Half of XVIII^thCentury

The article touches on key aspects of appearance and evolution of fortressclerk’s institution in Verkhnee Priobie in the first half of XVIII^thcentury. Administration and functional status is reconstructed as well as the place of this structure in the civil management in initial period of developing Verkhnee Priobie.

Key words: Verkhnee Priobie, fortressclerks, institutionalization of fortressclerk’s, Kuznetskaya chancellery, management doctrine, sudnaya izba (judgment izba).
