Rooting of Potato (Solanum Tuberosum L.) Varieties in vitro

Rooting of potato varieties for clonal micropropagation is studied. The studies determined the optimal concentration of growth hormone (NAC) which provides intensive rhizogenesis and development of morphological features.

Key words: potatoes, rooting in vitro, rhizogenes, concentration of the auxins.
