Cultivating Vegetative Shoots Scilla pratensis Waldst. et Kit. by Direct Regeneration in Bulb Scales in Culture in vitro

At the stage of initiation as the primary explants the bulb scales S. pratensi s are used. As a result of direct regeneration we produced vegetative shoots. The optimal content of plant hormones was determined in the culture medium. On histological sections of regenerated plants S. pratensis the formation of tracheal elements in the basal part of the bulbs was revealed.
