Poverty and Differences in Population Incomes in Siberian Regions with Agrarian Specialization

In the article methodical basis on selecting the regions of agrarian specialization is described. The author considered features of dynamics of poverty and differences in population incomes in such regions in comparison with Russia аnd showed specifics of the Siberian regions of agrarian specialization according to these indicators against the country and other agrarian regions.
