The Organization of Activity of Children’s Hotline Services in Russia: Strategy, Tactics, Methodology

The article analyzes process of formation of children’s hotline services in Russia as a component of the state social policy in interests of children in crisis. Major factors increasing efficiency of the service are allocated and considered, the theoretical and methodological approach of personal and psychosocial help is substantiated. The directions of further improving organizational and administrative model of activity of children’s hotline services are analyzed.
