Qualification Problems of Violent Sexual Crimes Committed with Other Crimes Against Person

The article is devoted to analysis of attempts to qualify rape and violenct sexual acts which committed with kidnapping, unlawful deprivation of freedom and murder. The author analyzes conflicting views in enforcement, viewpoints of others scientists and offers unified solutions.
