The article is devoted to the problem of forensic securing of trial on murder cases. The article reveals the necessity to apply in court criminalistic recommendations with the purpose of improving the quality of legal procedure and passing objective and impartial sentences. The article pays attention to the role of court in processing criminal cases, specifically, there is an idea of necessity in granting the judge power to display initiative and activity at trial particularly for checking available and received additional proofs.
