The Person’s Legal Status: Concept, Juridical Structure

The article considers the issues of correlation of categories "legal status" and "legal position", "constitutional legal status" and "the person’s constitutional status". The author also analyzes different approaches to the concept of juridical structure of legal position of the individual and the citizen (the person) and to the list of its structural components.
