Innovation Potential as a Tool to Develop Regional Economy

The article reveals the definition of regional innovation potential and its constituents. It presents the innovative potential of the Altai Territory which is characterized by academic, industry, university science and their close interaction. The basic agricultural products are examined in accordance with the position they share in the industry as a whole and their economic importance for the region with the innovative capacity of their development.
