Possibilities and Perspectives to Use Improving Bankruptcy Procedures

In the article the reasons of rare recourse to procedures of bankruptcy are analyzed as well as the prospects and possibilities of their application in the future, it is suggested to use recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of restoration of the company solvency in the procedures of financial rehabilitation and external administration.
