Features of Social and Labor Relations in Single-Industry Municipalities

The main elements of the structure and the relationship between social and labor relations in the one-company towns are considered. The authors analyze the features of the labor market on the basis of "the side" approach to single-industry municipality and show the impact of local industry on the labor market and the socio-economic development of company towns in general.
