To a Question about the Basis for Applying Procedural Measures to Ensure Safety of the Suspect (Accused) Concluded the Pre-judicial Cooperation Agreement

The problem questions connected with the basis for applying procedural measures to ensure safety of the suspect (accused), concluded pre-judicial cooperation agreement are considered. The author suggests proper amendments in the applicable criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation.
