The Complex Expert Examination: Problems of Content of the Term

The article is devoted to the problem of content of the term #complex expert examination#. As a result of research the signs of complex expert examination are distinguished, the authorial concept of complex expert examination is worked out, suggestion about making alteration in criminal procedure legislation is outspoken.
