On the Issue of Concept and Principles of Criminalistics Methodology for Preliminary Investigation and Legal Proceedings on Murder Cases

The article deals with the problem of building full-structured criminalistics methodology for preliminary investigation and legal proceedings on murder cases. Urgency and practical significance of this methodology are justified and its main elements are considered. The authors paid attention at concept and content of the object and subject, their influence on criminalistics methodology.
