The Efficiency of Anti-Crisis Management in Bankruptcy Procedures

The efficiency of anti-crisis management in bankruptcy procedures is determined by the degree of achievement of the purposes of the procedure in the deadlines set by the law. The article examines the impact of subjective and objective factors on the efficiency of bankruptcy procedures.
