Existing Approaches to Foreign Relations in the Form of Cross-border Cooperation

The work deals with cross-border cooperation of regions as an effective direction of foreign economic activity. Basing on analysis of different approaches to this kind of international relations it is concluded that there is the need to strengthen and develop cross-border cooperation.
