In this paper the implementation of global optimization methods on antenna array synthesis problem has been carried out in the context of computational efficiency. The linear array of half-wave dipoles has been used as a subject of synthesis. Genetic algorithms, evolution strategies and simulated annealing have been considered. It is shown that for the considered problem the simulated annealing method has maximum performance.
