Creation and maintenance of a common complex of spatial data is one of the most labor-consuming and expensive components of a spatial data infrastructure (SDI) at the regional level. Here the complex of spatial data is presented, as public part of information resources. In the paper we are considered the usage of information resources, an automated information system of state real estate cadastre (AIS SIPC). The geographic information technologies of maintaining inventories, managements of land resources are developed and used as a part of the system. The system also supports the collection, storage, updating and verifying incoming updates used by the establishment and development of the regional SDI Altai Territory.
