Topological Characteristics of Medical Images of Small Size

The quantitative measure to assess the topological complexity of small medical images is offered. The numerical experiment shows that the quantity of topological complexity depends on the permutation of image pixels. Characteristics of complexity can be used for analysis of small medical images.
