Development of Hybrid Intellectual System with Fuzzy and Neuronetwork Components for an Assessment of Student#s Professional Competence

The hybrid model that use expert systems, logically transparent fuzzy neural networks TSK is constructed to assess professional competence of students. By means of the developed program complex the experiments confirming adequacy of the model are made.
