Internet Aspects of Protest Activity in Modern Russia

The article discusses the features of protest campaigns in Russia. The article gives examples of large-scale protest campaigns. It is noted that a key role in today’s protest campaign play the Internet. The author discusses instruments of protest campaigns in the Internet. The article characterizes the reaction of authorities to protest actions in the Internet.
