Development of a Regional "E-government" as an Element of the Reformation of Government in Russian Federation (the Republic of Tatarstan)

The article is devoted to the experience of construction of an information-oriented society in the Republic of Tatarstan by means of introduction a regional "E-government". In the article a legal basis of "E-government" is presented and the barriers in a way of creation and advantage of realization of the given project in the Republic of Tatarstan are considered.
