Youth Employment as One of the Most Important Aspects of the State Youth Policy in 1960-1980s (on an Example of East Siberia)

The article explores the youth employment in Eastern Siberia during the period from 1960 to 1980s. It examines the role of professional orientation as a form to engage young people in the industry. The researcher analyzes the positive and negative aspects of training and employment of young specialists.
