The PRC’s Foreign Economic "Open Policy" in Opinions of National Researchers in the End of the 70-90s of the XX Century

The article is concerned with the historiographic aspects of the People’s Republic of China foreign economic activity. The author focuses her attention on the views of scientists on formation and operation of Chinese free economic areas.
