Training Managers and Specialists for Tuva Agriculture in the Second Half of the 1970^s

In this article author considers the problems of the staff preparation for agriculture for the Tuvin ASSR in the 1970s. The difficulties in training leaders for agriculture are revealed in this work. It is marked that the role of the specialists in the agricultural development was significant.
