Elements of Zoroastrism Used by Sarmatian Tribes (on Materials of Sarmatian Burial Places Belong to an Epoch of Early Iron)

The archaeological material of Early Iron epoch (VII century BC - III century AD) is evidence of elements of zoroastrism in culture of the Sarmatian nomads settled in Southern Ural. The Sarmatian funeral ceremony of burial places included many features identical to zoroastrism ceremonies. Written sources describing tribes of Southern Ural also indirectly confirm similarity of the Sarmatian tribes ancient religion with the ancient Iran zoroastrism.
Key words: ethnology, Sarmatians, Sawromats, Southern Ural, zoroastrism, archeology.
