The Medical Service in the Lower Volga Region during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945)

The study examines the state policy in the medical service which was realized in the Lower Volga Region during the military period. Also there were uncovered the features of the activity directed at the solving human resources problem, organizing medical aid to the population, struggle with epidemics and preserving the sanitary prosperity in the region.
