Spiritual and Moral Upbringing of Peasants as a Part of Elucidative Activity Conducting by the West-Siberian Rural Intelligentsia (the Second Part of XIX^th # the Beginning of XX^th Centuries)

Spiritual and moral up-bringing of peasants is described in this article as a part of social and professional activity of rural intelligentsia. The author notes basis achievements and describes problems which met the rural intelligentsia during the upbringing of peasants.
